Math - Things You Can Practice at Home
At this stage of the year in math, there are several things that you can practice at home with your child. They are:
counting collections of coins containing pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters
• telling time on an analog (with hands) clock to the hour, half hour and to the nearest 5 minute interval
• memorizing basic addition and subtraction facts

For these three concepts, the more times a child practices, the sooner they will feel comfortable with them. Thanks for helping out at home.

Reading ~ Read a good book or two.
