All About Norway

Today Ms. Dana, Lily's mom (the Lily in Ms. Mary Beth's crew - not our Lily), came to talk with us about life in Norway. It was fascinating. We learned so many new facts. Ask your child to tell you all about it.

Reading Buddies from Ms. Brittany's Crew

Ms. Brittany's crew came to read with us today. We were so excited and we loved reading to them and having them read to us. We are going to meet with them periodically throughout the school year. It is nice to have an older buddy at school to help us out.

Patterns

We started a new unit in Math on patterns last week. It will include all kinds of patterns - shapes, counting, designs, etc. For this first day of the unit we spent some time making some repeating patterns using popsicle sticks. A few pictures are below.
