Teacher Appreciation Month

It is Teacher Appreciation Month at Renaissance and it is great! We all were given Superhero t-shirts. Our doors were decorated. The main hallway is decorated with a large mural of all the superhero staff in a big city. It all looks great! We were given a tasty lunch last Tuesday and have more to come on the rest of the Tuesdays this month. May 26th will be dress like a superhero day for all students and staff. Your child may dress like a superhero that day (no masks or weapons). Thanks to everyone for all of the thoughtful gifts!

Important Dates
5/13 3rd Grade Portfolio Showcase (I highly recommend that you volunteer to be on the panels for these - or the 6th grade showcase. It is a wonderful experience. Click here for more information.)
5/14 All library books due for the year.
5/27 6th Grade Portfolio Showcase
5/25 No School - Memorial Day
5/26 Dress Like a Superhero Day (no masks or weapons)
6/3 Last Day of School
